		<description>These were found near a swift moving river.  They were found close to trees with moss on them and not altogehter.  I would bet we were hunting for about 2 hours to gather up all of these.</description>

We used to have a few at the foot of an oak tree near my family home growing up, but though I&#039;ve bought them since, I haven&#039;t seen any growing. 
I have a recipe I used to make while I lived in Burgundy a few years ago, for chicken with morels in cream sauce, which I so loved.
Your meal - the local asparagus, the risotto - sounds wonderful!</description>
