		<description>I haven&#039;t lived in the south for 16 years, but your recipes, photos, and writing tone brought it all back to me.  Today I&#039;m going to make your strawberry preserves to take as a hostess gift to a party.  My dad, of blessed memory always wanted peach pie as a comfort food, so peaches from the local farm are now on my shopping list.  And, I now know why my friend&#039;s gift of a cast iron fry pan was so perfect when I left Atlanta for Upstate New York.  thank you.</description>
