as we have mentioned before, we love to celebrate birthdays at the studio. our staff is heavy on the scorpios so we tend to have a lot of fall celebrations. last monday it was rebecca’s birthday so i made her a traditional southern caramel cake. we also ordered in some southern bbq; tofu and pork.

i haven’t…..but i bet that it could be done. i will have to think on this-the frosting might be the tricky part. for some things butter substitute doesn’t always work in exchange for butter. i did make vegan caramels last year so it may work.
