country driving
in the country
last weekend we decided to get out and see some winter beauty before it passes. we headed towards an art museum that is out in the country near us, called the steffen thomas museum. the drive was beautiful, past orange and blonde fields of grass, gnarled oaks against stormy spring skies, and signs of times past every where. i got many inspirations at the museum and on the drive home. here are some of the inspirations i got.

in the country
this winter seems to be hanging around forever. taking a good walk in the woods let me know that spring is working to make it’s introduction. there are budding branches everywhere! with all of the rain we have had this winter we are expecting a colorful spring filled with lots of blooms and greenery.
