...comes creating beauty. check out these sculptures i saw at the solomon projects gallery in atlanta recently. artist joe walters lives on the river near charleston, south carolina, and studies the life at the edge of the water. in the gallery is a long horizontal sculpture that depicts the rivers' edge reflected in the water. it's all made from steel, paperclay, sand and paint. i loved the red clay coloring and the grey lichen like effects,too. to see more, go to solomonprojects.com.
