Last night we went to a friends house to watch the Atlanta Falcons football game. I have to admit I am not a big football fan, but it is a good excuse to make some yummy food. Since the Superbowl is right around the corner I thought this may be a good one to share.
I brought over a variation of a spinach and artichoke dip. It didn't last too long.
ingredients a bunch of kale
2 cans of artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
2 leeks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
directions -pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
-finely chop the kale and the leeks
-cut the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces
-mix everything together
-cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly
-serve with crackers or a baguette
-go team go!
